This plan view shows the double track viaduct layout. The two straightaways are viaduct stations. The large station is 9 feet long and can handle a 16 car shinkansen. It contains a passing track for each viaduct line. The smaller station contains a crossover switch to allow transfer of trains between the two viaduct lines. |
